of (ভয় পাওয়া)

বাক্যের কর্তার কিছু করতে ভয় পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Structure:
Subject+ auxiliary verb + scared of+ verb (ing)+ object + ext.

Example:

✪ আমি ইংরেজি বলতে ভয় পাই

I’m
scared of speaking English

✪ আমি বাইসাইকেল চালাতে ভয় পাই।

I am
scared of driving a bicycle.

✪ রুনু ইনজেকশন নিতে ভয় পায়।

Runu
is scared of taking injection

✪ সে নদীতে সাঁতার কাটতে ভয় পায়।

He
is scared of swimming in the river

✪ জুবি ঠান্ডা পানিতে গোসল করতে ভয় পায়।
